With his hip-hop meets rock steez, Uncle Kracker is perfect for fans of his longtime friend and collaborator Kid Rock. Uncle Kracker began as a rapper, but became a backing DJ after meeting Kid Rock in 1987. He worked with Kid Rock until 2000, when he went solo to release "Double Wide." Kracker's second release, "No Stranger to Shame," blended blues, rap, country, swing and rock. Kracker's third release, "Seventy-Two and Sunny," finds him dropping rap and focusing on country blues.
