A production team with a knack for platinum hits, the Neptunes are known for their supercatchy, synthesized beats.
Comprised of Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo, they got their start working with R&B producer Teddy Riley in the early 1990s.
They have amassed an impressive array of hits, working with Jay-Z, Mystikal, Ol' Dirty Bastard, Janet Jackson, and others.
They've laced tracks for artists outside of the hip-hop and R&B scene, including Beenie Man and Britney Spears.
The Neptunes also produced Kelis' excellent debut album, "Kaleidoscope."
