The diabolic duo of Daz and Kurupt, Tha Dogg Pound spit hardcore rhymes over thick, gangstafied beats.
Their multiplatinum '95 debut, "Dogg Food," sported the hits "New York, New York" and "Bomb Ass Pussy."
Both Daz and Kurupt first appeared on "The Chronic."
After leaving Death Row, they officially changed their name to D.P.G.
Both emcees also run their own labels. Daz has D.P.G. Recordz; Kurupt has Antra Music.
