Aggressive post-grunge band with a penchant for the metal side of Nirvana. Debuted in 1996 with the EP "Porcelain." Fuel formed in Pennsylvania in the early 1990s. In 1998, Fuel hit the Top 40 with the song "Shimmer." Fuel's Carl Bell was studying to be a teacher until Sony 550 flashed the record deal before his eyes. School, schmool.
