Cheap Trick

Big crunchy guitar riffs and catchy melodies helped draw Cheap Trick's highly influential blueprint for Power Pop.
"This band has no past. Literally." So began the liner notes to Cheap Trick's self-titled debut album.
Cheap Trick were formed by guitarist Rick Nielsen and bass player Tom Petersen in Rockford, Illinois during the early '70s.
They were huge in Japan before ever really breaking big here in the U.S.
The star of the band, drummer Bun E. Carlos, owns his own coffee company, called "The Bun E. Carlos Blend."
